Mental health practitioners needed for in home mental health care, skill building, advocating for clients in the community, and connecting clients with resources.
Practitioners would provide services in the following counties: Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington.
Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule
Qualifications: Experience in mental health or social work field. Masters degree preferred.
