Sloane Group intends to recruit a motivated and dynamic intern or alternance student to 1) sell its consulting and training services and 2) manage international relationships with customers.

What is Sloane Group:
Sloane Group is a boutique management consulting and executive education firm. Founded in London in 2007, it is thriving in far-away markets especially in China, Russia and Kazakhstan. This position is based in Paris, in the 8th district. It consists in database management, direct business development management and negotiation with prospective corporate and academic clients. Your objective will be to build your database of potential customers (with support from the director of the company) and to contact them directly to offer our consulting and training services. Your objective will be to generate at least 50 new contacts per week and at least 5 negotiations a month. This position will either be an internship or an alternance contract of at least 6 to 12 months, possibly 24 months. A 30-day trial period will be required.

Who are our Customers?
Typically, Sloane Group builds strong relationships with 1)Mid-size companies in international markets, 2) private business colleges and universities and 3) governmental organizations. We are active in China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Syria, Germany, France, Singapore, Nigeria...

What is your Profile?
You will be trained on-the-job to develop new skills in negotiation, database management and marketing. You will become fluent with B2B sales and key account management techniques. You should be 1) fluent in English, 2) highly motivated and organized and 3) ready to learn B2B business development and international sales.
