Requirements:
o Two years supervisory experience
o Two years home health experience
o Valid Registered Nurse license
o Ability to keep accurate and timely records
o Quality control experience
o Ability to assist with assessments
o Awesome organizational skills
o Minimum of 2 references
o Team player with a positive "can do" attitude
