We are Looking for a HHA or CNA in Delray to fill a case from 5-7 PM Monday through Friday and a split shift on the weekends. The shift on the weekends is 3 hours in the morning and 5-7 PM in the evening. Also looking for a RN to do monthly visits and initial assessments, all per diem in the West Palm Beach Area. PARADISE HOME HEALTH CARE, A Premier Nurse Registry with offices in Boca Raton, is looking for quality CNA's, HHA's, and RN's. You must have the following documentation: Professional License or Certification, Driver's License, Social Security Card, Proof of Auto Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance, CPR Certification, AHCA Level II Background Screening (electronic fingerprinting), TB Screening, Physician's Statement which states applicant is "Free of Communicable Disease", Alzheimer's Disease Training, HIV/AIDS Training Certificate, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate, and current continuing education documentation.
