Community Health Workers - LIVE IN (North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Canada)

Living Well Home Care is a locally owned and operated agency on the North Shore that services North and West Vancouver, Bowen Island, Lions Bay, Squamish, and Vancouver. We provide an extensive range of home care services and we specialize in dementia, palliative, and complex care.

We are currently looking for qualified, caring and reliable COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS to work LIVE IN assignments. (Weekdays and Weekends)

Live In Community Health Workers reside at a client's home for several days during the week. A daily 3 hour break, or extra payment in lieu of a break is provided.

All applicants must:
- be eligible to work in Canada (open work permits accepted)
- be willing to work in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Bowen Island, Lions Bay, Squamish and/or Vancouver
- Resident Care Aide/Community Home Support Worker Certificate preferred
- Registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry preferred
- Have experience caring for the elderly (Alzheimer/Dementia experience)
- Palliative care experience an asset
