1.At least 3 years working experience in ophtalmology feild;
2.To make the analysis and diagnosis individually;
3.To be familiar to use the equipment in ophtalmology department;
4.Bachelor degree or above with major in medical;
5.To has a doctor qualification certificate;
6.Can communicate in Chinese;
7.To have good communication skill.
